"If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading." - Lao Tzu
Hard to believe that 2017 is coming to a rapid close. I hope that for you, as it is with me, 2017 is ending much better than it started. This year was fraught with illness from January through June. Thankfully, the latter half was healthier and much more peaceful. Around this time of year, it is customary to become embroiled in holiday frenzy. We are busy preparing those fabulous feasts and doing our best to make guests feel welcome into our home. It is just as important, however, to allocate time for reflection on what went right and what went wrong this year so as to set oneself up for success in the coming year. It sometimes is difficult to look at ourselves in the mirror. But if we don't own up to our shortcomings. we are doomed to repeat those same transgressions.

During this blessed holiday season, I wish you and yours peace, happiness, and the best of health. And to my dedicated students and clients, it has been my privilege to work with you on your path to wellness, and I look forward to sharing that journey with you again in the the coming year.
