CARDIO EXPRESS (30 mins.)
Achieve a healthy weight and maintain it; increase endurance; reduce health risks and strengthen your heart; keep your mind clear and release endorphins to help cope with stress. If you are short on time, this half-hour class packs a punch! Kickboxing, step, sports drills, you just never know what we’ll be doing from one class to another. Take this class by itself or pair it with our 45-min Boot Camp class, and you have just given yourself a full body work-out that is not only challenging but fun.
CARDIO AND RESISTANCE TRAINING (45 mins.)
Combines the skills used in Cardio Express and Total Body Training into one 45-min. session. What optimal utilization of time!
DANCE FITNESS (45 mins.)
So much fun, you wouldn’t believe how much you are working out! Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats will get your energy levels soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. This is a class that welcomes ALL.
GENTLE YOGA (45 mins.)
Using mild Yoga poses, create balance in our bodies to promote strength, flexibility and endurance. This is a beginner’s class. Bring a Yoga mat (if you have), hand towel, water, and let’s get our relaxation on!
TOTAL BODY TRAINING (45 mins.)
Focuses on all of the major muscle groups that support you in your daily living. Strength training combined with cardio; designed to lose fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, and increase strength and flexibility. We will focus on your core. A strong core allows you to maintain proper posture, helps to avoid injuries, and improves athletic performance. Bring a Yoga mat (if you have), hand towel, water, and get ready to be challenged!

BALANCE (45 mins.)
Strengthening our core is our focus. A strong core is paramount to helping with balance. We will have a chair to support us IF needed, so don’t be afraid to challenge yourself! This class welcomes all fitness and skill levels.
CHAIR YOGA (45 mins.)
Have you ever wanted to try a Yoga class but getting up and down the mat has been challenging? Well this class is for you! Using mild Yoga poses, create balance in our bodies to promote strength, flexibility and endurance, while being seated the entire time. May be done with or without sneakers.
DANCE FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS (45 mins.)
So much fun, you wouldn’t believe how much you are working out! *This is a great introductory class if you've never taken a dance format before. Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats will get your energy levels soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. This is a class that welcomes ALL.
GENTLE CARDIO AND RESISTANCE TRAINING (45 mins.)
Can be done standing, seated or a combination of both. Using body weight as resistance tool, we will work all major muscle groups according to your own fitness and skill level. Maggie can modify or progress, so you can be YOU! An innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Get fit, have fun, make friends!

A strong core allows you to maintain proper posture, helps to avoid injuries, and improves athletic performance. Core training is not only included in every single class I offer but also during personal training sessions. I use body weight as resistance, light weights, stability balls, a chair... possibilities are endless. No class is ever the same!
Holding a wooden sword for resistance, students are taught to use their powerhouse (core) to challenge their bodies for an hour of cardio set to fun music. Make arrangements for private lessons or corporate events.
