Zumba® Toning – When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
Zumba Sentao™ - An explosive chair-based work-out that will strengthen, balance and stabilize the core. Students learn to use a chair and their own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone their physique!

This class focuses not only your abs, but all of the major muscle groups that support you in your daily living. Yes, we will work to whittle away your middle, but we will also strengthen your back, chest and glutes! A strong core:
reduces back pain by allowing you to maintain appropriate posture, reducing strain on your spine
improves postural imbalances to avoid injuries and to develop functional fitness that is key to our daily living (lifting a toddler from the floor, pushing a grocery cart, etc.)
improves athletic performance since muscles of the trunk and torso stabilize the spine from the pelvis to the neck and shoulder, they allow the transfer of power to the arms and legs

Holding a wooden sword for resistance, students are taught to use their powerhouse (core) to challenge their bodies for an hour of cardio set to fun music. Make arrangements for private lessons or corporate events.
Strength training combined with cardio; designed to lose fat, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome.
