In my teens and throughout my 20's, I was obese. When I topped the scale at 206 lbs. and became a borderline diabetic, I finally decided to devote myself to exercise and eating right. I lost 84 lbs. within one year. As a cancer survivor, it is imperative that I keep fit. I have maintained my healthy weight for over a decade through cardio work, weight training, and eating smart. I enjoy working with clients on a 1:1 basis for personal training, but I also love the experience of teaching in front of a large crowd and sharing with my students that feeling of triumph after a challenging but fun workout.
